The 4 apartments are located in the historic coach house, which is part of the Villa Fliedner monument zone in Monsheim. Dr. Carl Fliedners coachman lived here with his family around 1900. After the building stood empty for 16 years, renovation work began in early 2022. The coach house was completely gutted and redesigned.
