The barn floor, formerly used to store hay and straw, stood empty for decades and was converted into a banquet hall. In the basement, a vinotheque has been set up to taste the now organic wines.
The banquet hall is rented by Alexander Gysler as an event location, especially for family celebrations. It is 120 square meters and offers space for about 80 people. The food is supplied by catering companies and prepared in the integrated professional kitchen. The conversion was integrated externally into the traditional Winzerhof. Inside, on the other hand, one wanted to deliberately set modern accents. Especially in the wine shop on the ground floor was worked with cubic elements, lots of glass and sparse lines. Simple oak, slate and lime plaster determine the surfaces. The barn floor was provided with a light band by flattening part of the roof on two sides. The beam construction was cleaned and applied in a delicate gray. The restrained colourfulness of the entire room and the interior gives room for a variety of decoration options.
