Römerfest

The high point of the Roman year will be the Roman festival on the 8th and 9th. July, this weekend Alzey will be transported back to ancient Rome. At five places in the Alzeyer city center u. Gladiator fights, bird of prey shows and plays are performed. With lectures and hands-on activities, life in ancient Rome is also taught in an authentic way. Access to the action areas in the city center is free of charge. An access wristband is required for the areas at the palace and the youth culture center.
