As every year, Südwestrundfunk will again celebrate the SWR Summer Festival next year. In 2023, this will take place from 30 June to 2 July in Ingelheim. There you can once again celebrate the summer and get to know SWR better in the process. In three evening events, SWR1, SWR3 and SWR4 will present outstanding artists on the forecourt of the kING Kultur und Kongresshalle Ingelheim. Here you can dance and laugh. Who will be on stage will be announced here as soon as possible.

SWR1 Open Air with SAGA

SAGA will be touring Germany again under the motto "A Night To Remember 2023". The Canadians have been performing for 45 years now and still ensure full halls and the best live atmosphere. Classics like "Wind Him Up", "Don't Be Late" or "Humble Stance" have long since become musical cultural assets. All of the last ten SAGA albums have consistently reached the upper echelons of the German charts. Thus, the second evening of the SWR Summer Festival on Saturday, 1 July 2023 is all about rock.

On Saturday and Sunday you can also explore the media world of SWR and take a look behind the scenes of radio, television and online services. Presenters and reporters will be on hand and look forward to talking to you. You can also speak the news yourself or immerse yourself in the virtual world of SWR using VR glasses and a smartphone - in short, you can experience the media world of SWR hands-on. With offers for children and its own stage programme, a varied programme awaits young and old - and with free admission.
