Fruit lard on farmer's bread

Ingredients / Shopping
For about 6 servings (about 12 lard sandwiches)

  • 50 g bacon, diced,
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 200 g fine lard without additives
  • 100 g prunes
  • 60 g roasted onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Some freshly ground pepper

Preparation and tips

Prunes are replaceable by any kind of dried fruit. Dark fruit to red wine, light to white wine.
