Sushi with norilachs

250 g ribbon noodles (wide) in abundant

Cook salted water until firm.

Wash 4 courgettes , clean them and cut them lengthwise into thin slices (as wide as the pasta). Add to the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Put in a sieve and drain.

Cut 150 g of smoked salmon (sliced) into noodles and place in a greased gratin dish. Add the pasta and the zucchini and mix.

125 ml vegetable broth with

Whisk 125 ml of whipped cream .

Peel 1 garlic clove and press into the whipped cream liquid. With

½ tsp pepper (crushed)

Season 2 tablespoons of dill (finely chopped) . Add the sauce over the noodle salmon mixture.

Sprinkle 150 g of cheese (grated) over it and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 220 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
