The hiking parking lot is located between Frei-Laubersheim and Neu-Bamberg. It has a resting area and an information board and can accommodate over 20 cars. To reach the hiking parking lot, take the Gau-Bickelheim exit on the A 61, follow the B420 to Wöllstein, and continue for another 8 km to Frei-Laubersheim. There, you turn onto the L409 (Kreuznacher Straße) until you see a sign for "Hiwweltour" that leads to the old train station in Frei-Laubersheim.

The Wingertshäuschen was built in 1914 by the owner of the vineyard, Wilhelm Michel, and was subsequently lovingly maintained. After his death in the 1930s, the vineyard and Wingertshäuschen came into the possession of his godchild, Wilhelm Frieß.
