With cranberry dressing
Corn salad with sweet-sour components and a slightly tart impact
Ingredients for 8 people:
For the dressing, mix the cranberries with vinegar, beat in the oil with a whisk. Add the shallots and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange corn salad on plates without dressing. Do not add dressing until just before serving.
