With Gorgonzola cream and Silvaner herb noodles
Lendchen in Riesling mustard
Alone the name of this dish makes the mouth water. Here are two products from the series "ideas from wine" used.
Ingredients for 4 - 6 people:
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Riesling mustard; Place in a glass baking dish, add the wine and close the baking dish with the lid.
Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees (gas level 3, circulating air 160 degrees) for about 10 minutes, then pour in the cream. After another 15 minutes of cooking, add the Gorgonzola in little flakes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Remove the pork fillet and warm it up wrapped in aluminum foil. Purée the sauce with a wand and season to taste.
Cook the Silvaner-Kräuter-Nudeln for approx. 10 to 12 minutes, cut the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce on the noodles on plates.
