  • 1 glass of quail eggs (cooked and peeled)
  • 50 g of lettuce seeds
  • 1 egg (to brush)

Preparation and tips

Chop the parsley, clean the onion and finely chop. Chop the bread in the blender. Process all ingredients to a well-binding mince. To taste. Divide into 6 portions and form into balls. Put into the muffin dish and press a deep hollow into the muffin from the top with a cork. Immerse the quail egg in it and close the mince again. Brush with whisked egg, then sprinkle with lettuce seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
