It needs opulent sweetness and a dense, long-lasting texture with smelling and rich fruitiness to accompany the chocolate and cherries, but also acidity to boost the cocoa sticking to the palate, giving the dessert freshness and extra finesse.

- with a cornucopia of flavors: baby pineapple, guava, mango and dried apricot, with spicy notes of clove and strong honey. Very dense on the palate, sweet and oily texture, fine and very noble with elegant acidity and lasting fruit taste.
