What is there on the tapas plate? Vineyard snails with a difference. Tip: Can be prepared in larger quantities and frozen in portions and baked.

Ingredients / Shopping
For about 6 servings

  • 500 g of minced meat mixed by the butcher
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 1 bunch of curly parsley
  • 2 large, peeled carrots
  • 80 g mustard medium hot
  • 1 leek green of leek
  • 2 teaspoons salt, pinch of pepper
  • 1 pck of puff pastry (frozen)

preparation

Mix the poree, salt, pepper and herbs together with the toast and carrot in the blender.
Knead the colorful bread mixture with the minced meat. Add mustard and hand-mix. Season with hearty-salty heart. Paint the minced meat on a thawed puff pastry plate, roll it up as a screw. Cut off the two-finger-wide slices and immediately bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
