Silvaner as a food companion - a true all-rounder.

The RS Rheinhessen Silvaner is an all-rounder, that is just as much at home in "Straußwirtschaften" (Rheinhessen wine taverns), as it is in restaurants. It is an excellent match for asparagus dishes, but also makes a great companion for light and easy spring cuisine.
