Preparation and tips
Grind almonds, greens, roasted onions and bay leaves in a blender. Simmer gently on the stove with wine, vegetable stock and spices for 5 minutes.
Let the whole cool down and mix with the cream cheese at lukewarm temperature. Then let it solidify in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve at room temperature.
