Vegetarian liver sausage with greens

Ingredients / Shopping
For 4 - 6 servings

  • 100 g whole almonds with skin
  • 100 g of green kernel (from the health food store)
  • 60 g fried onion
  • 1/2 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 250 g white wine dry / fine-dry
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 1 pinch of allspice
  • 200 g cream cheese

Preparation and tips

Grind almonds, greens, roasted onions and bay leaves in a blender. Simmer gently on the stove with wine, vegetable stock and spices for 5 minutes.

Let the whole cool down and mix with the cream cheese at lukewarm temperature. Then let it solidify in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve at room temperature.
