Cut chicken fillet into big cubes. Roughly chop ripe fruit / fresh paprika and place alternately on water-soaked shashlik skewers. Spice up the aromas of the wine with salt and sugar in a mortar. For very mineral wines it may be a pinch of more salt!
Depending on the intesity of the wine, grill the vitamin skewers light to light brown, turn frequently, avoid dark to black roasted aromas, this only goes well with red wine.
