The Baum Winery is happy to offer you the opportunity to get to know themselves and their wines in an online wine tasting.

As it is very important to them to exchange ideas with you personally, a concept has been developed that allows for a lot of exchange and a relaxed atmosphere.

The format is aimed at closed groups of between 8 and 15 people and lasts 2-4 hours, depending on the wine selection.

The price of the tasting depends on the wine selection.

Within the historic walls of the Winzerkeller, where the history of the Ingelheim Winegrowers' Cooperative began more than 120 years ago, there is now - it could not be more fitting - the showcase of Ingelheim wine.

In modern wire racks, which form a harmonious contrast to the old sandstone walls, they lie: the best drops of the 25 Ingelheim winegrowers and one distillery. The 3- or 6-glass wine tasting is an invitation to taste the wines. In addition to excellent wines, there are also wine-related products on the shelves, such as the Ingelheim red wine sock or freshly roasted coffee in a red wine barrel.

The competent team of the Ingelheim Vinothek, manager Cathrin Tronser and her colleague Lukas Weitzel, will be happy to advise you on your wine purchases.

In March 2020, the Vinothek was awarded the "Rheinhessen AUSGEZEICHNETE-Vinothek" seal of quality. In September 2021, the Vinothek im Winzerkeller was named one of the 30 most beautiful vinotheques in Germany by the German Wine Institute. Sebastian Baum, with the support of his family, is the fourth generation to run the winery, which was founded in 1928. In 2013, he was awarded best young winemaker in theory and practice. In addition to his first-class expertise, a lot of love and passion go into his products. The vinotheque, built in the old cowshed in a modern, rustic style, invites you to taste.

Wine tastings are possible from 2 to 25 people. Online wine tastings can also be arranged.
