Soak the bun in Silvaner. Chop sausage and onion roughly. Put everything in a buttered casserole dish. Season the whole thing and moisten it with a few splashes of Worcester sauce before crumbling the dripping wet bread roll over it. Mix the puree with an egg and some milk until smooth. So cover the casserole dish.
Bake circulating air at 160 ° C in the oven for approx. 25 minutes. Serve hot and add a glass of Silvaner.
