A well-designed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and other accessories offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The spacious and new bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and bath products. Of course, shampoo and shower gel are also available.
Noble bedding, new high-quality beds (a box spring bed and an Italian real wood-veneered design bed with branded mattresses and slatted frames) provide your back relaxation and ensure good sleep.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the large storage room and make traveling easier with less luggage. The ironing board and iron are also available.
Each room has a flat-screen TV. So there are a total of 3 TVs with satellite connection available (55 inch TV in the living room and each 40 inch TV in the bedrooms).
In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi and on-site LAN.
On request, we can provide you with a cot. As parents of three children we place special emphasis on selected materials, such as Breathable baby mattress. The lovingly decorated play area will delight your children.
The house is located in a quiet and yet close to the city area with the best infrastructure. By bus or car you are in a few minutes in the city center of Mainz. The Ober-Olmer forest is only about 300 meters away and ideal for relaxing walks and hikes. Or start the morning jogging session right on your doorstep!
Mainz is also a media and cultural city. ZDF, SWR, SAT 1 have their headquarters here and go on air here. Many artists, museums and theater groups invite you to visit.
Our high quality and quiet apartment is located in a fully renovated in 2017 two-family house in the popular district of Mainz Lerchenberg - in close proximity to the forest and all the benefits of urban infrastructure (bus lines, tram, shopping center, doctors, banks and much more.). The service road is little traveled and leads to a dead end.
Our apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Rhine-Main and Rheingau - with lots of wine, wine and more wine ... The proximity to nature invites to sports activities or helps you just to unwind and to refuel the energy.
The apartment can serve as a haven and retreat after all the activities or hard work. We find that it fits excellently to the needs of business travelers, business customers and long-term tenants.
The journey is easily accessible by car or by public transport. In front of the house there is ample free parking.
