Mainzer WeinUfer on the Rhine promenade

Wine enjoyment, a view of the Rhine and a live program: the new "Mainzer WeinUfer" event will take place for the second time in May 2024. The central motto is a convivial "wine & enjoyment" experience: with wine tastings, insider tips from wine experts and direct interaction with the winemakers in a relaxed, Mainz-style atmosphere directly on the Mainz Rhine promenade between the Theodor Heuss Bridge and Kaisertor.

In addition to traditional events such as the Mainz Market Breakfast and the Mainz Wine Market, the new wine event will continue to inspire Mainz wine lovers in the future and complement the broad portfolio of the Great Wine Capital Mainz/Rhine-Hesse.

Enjoyment and feasting are the focus of the Mainz WeinUfer. Complemented by an extensive live program: The focus of the event program during the day is on informative lectures. So you can not only enjoy the weekend, but also learn more about (regional) wines and their special features. In the evening, there will be a music and cultural program on the central stage. Local artists and cultural initiatives in particular can shine here. The program is organized by the "KUZ Kulturzentrum Mainz" and the "Frankfurter Hof ".
