The popular home concerts of the SWR Big Band are given a new twist at the Ingelheim KING: a Hollywood wide-screen format with additional strings, percussionists and harp. The audience gets closer to the band's sound than ever before - the concert hall becomes Ingelheim's biggest living room. But that's not all: the Nordic Voices enhance the new Heimspiel version with their own new arrangements of pieces ranging from jazz and swing to singer-songwriter songs. In short: a very emotional evening that will live long in the memory.

Silje Nergaard (Norway) is probably the best-known singer here in Germany, has released 16 award-winning albums and has performed on stage with Al Jarreau, Pat Metheny and Vince Mendoza. She is also often referred to as the Joni Mitchell of the North.

Sinne Eeg (Denmark) is an outstanding interpreter of the American Songbook and a virtuoso scat singer. From duo with double bass to big band recordings, she is the celebrated star of her home country with her warm alto voice and performs at jazz festivals from the USA to Japan.

Isabella Lundgren (Sweden) is the hottest jazz singer in Sweden at the moment. At the beginning of her still young career, she was often compared to Billie Holiday, but has since established herself as a very independent voice and sells out houses with her unconventional song interpretations.

Magnus Lindgren (Sweden) has been Artist in Residence with the multiple Grammy-nominated SWR Big Band since 2018. He is one of Europe's leading musicians, both as an instrumentalist and as a leader and arranger. Together with John Beasley (USA) and the SWR Big Band, he recorded the album BIRD LIVES, which was nominated three times for a Grammy in 2023 and won one.

The SWR Big Band has been nominated many times for the Grammy, the most important music award in the world. Most recently, SWR Big Band arranger John Beasley won the Grammy in 2023 for "Scrapple From The Apple" from the joint album "Bird Lives". In the same year, they were also nominated for the German Jazz Award for Best Radio Production for their 70th anniversary concert. This band has been playing with many jazz greats for decades, but has also been very successful in the pop sector with Max Mutzke and Paul Carrack.
