Try and enjoy the wines from the Roten Hang and enjoy the nuances that Riesling brings out in the world-class vineyards of the Roten Hang. Let yourself drift uphill and downhill from wine to meal and back again. On Saturday evening (from 6:00 p.m.) the young winemakers invite you to the Riesling Lounge - in and around the Fockenberghütte. At the highest point of the Red Slope there are selected Rieslings, delicious food from the food trucks, good music and the grandiose panorama.
