Welcome to our peacefully located apartment in the green belt of the Mainz upper town – ideal for anyone who wants to live centrally yet work or vacation in a relaxed manner. The Mainz city center can be reached in just about 600 meters, and the Roman Theatre with the train station (approx. 400 m, with elevator to the platforms), the Marienhaus Clinic (approx. 700 m), as well as BionTech (approx. 600 m) are all in close proximity. The Mainz University Medical Center is about 1.5 km away.
The accommodation is situated in a pleasant, green environment surrounding the old town and offers short distances to culture, medicine, research, and gastronomy. Parking options are available directly on the street in front of the house (partially for a fee).
Bicycles can be parked on the covered terrace right in front of the apartment. There is a power connection for e-bikes available.
The entire property is a non-smoking area. Unfortunately, pets and assistance animals are not allowed.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two persons; children from 10 years old are welcome.
