On a size of 70m² 2 bedrooms (for families also together usable), living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and toilet, additionally separate shower and toilet, offer you plenty of space for a relaxed living. The comfortable sofa bed can be used for a 5th sleeping accommodation if required. From the small sitting area next to your own ground level entrance you can enjoy the green inner courtyard. You will find a parking space for your car right next door.
