Welcome to Ingo Hinterberg in Mainz-Finthen! The former farmstead combines urban comfort with rural tranquility and offers almost 1,700 m² of space, including three holiday homes, a Mediterranean courtyard, and a huge natural garden with fruit trees, meadows, a sandbox, and a fire pit.
The property is centrally located in the heart of the popular Mainz district of Finthen: Guests can walk to many supermarkets, bakeries, other shops, first-class restaurants, and cozy cafés in just a few minutes. The access to the highway (only three minutes by car) and Mainz city center (only 11 minutes by bus to the main train station) is excellent. The special thing is: Despite the central location in the heart of the Rhine-Main area, guests can enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere here - indeed a "rural idyll in the city".
The holiday home "Brunnenhaus" accommodates up to 10 guests with two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom, a large living-dining area with an open kitchen, and a south-facing terrace (including sleeping accommodations on comfortable sofas). Those who want to combine tranquility and nature with an urban flair are warmly welcome. This applies explicitly to friend and party groups, including bachelor parties (JGA).
Even larger groups of up to 28 people have the option to book the "Gartenhaus" (up to 14 guests) and/or the "Hofhaus" (up to 6 guests), provided they are still available on the desired travel date.
Important: Additional discounts are available
- for people from Mainz and the surrounding region whose house or apartment has become temporarily uninhabitable due to heating failure, water damage, fire, etc. Here, we strive for a solution in which the accommodation costs are fully covered by the insurance.
