The booked room is available to you from 8 am to 1 pm or from 1 pm to 6 pm (maximum five hours). If desired, you can extend the rental time. For each additional hour started, we charge a service fee of 40 € and a room rental of 25 € per room per hour.
For a conference with fewer than ten participants, you can book our conference packages. Additionally, a room rental will be charged.
