The holiday home is located on the outskirts of a small wine village and has a separate entrance.
In the outdoor area, your vehicle can be parked in a small courtyard, which also has a wall box in case you arrive with an electric car.
There are also storage options for bicycles, and two charging options for batteries are available right in the hallway behind the front door.
You can start on foot or by bike directly from the holiday home and be amidst fields and vineyards within minutes. Most of the paths are paved, and you can decide at any time in which direction and to which interesting marked point you want to go.
Here in the village, you will find a wine tavern where you can taste a good glass of wine and also try some specialties.
Our area has some region-specific culinary surprises like Backesgrumbeere, Zwiwwelkuche, and much more.
Many of our wineries and the local wine cooperative are definitely worth a visit or even a small wine tasting.
You will also find a hairdresser, a small pizzeria, and a riding stable here in the village.
In the city of Alzey, about 3 km away, you will find doctors, pharmacies, and a hospital. A wide range of gastronomy, shopping opportunities, and an appealing cityscape invite you to visit.
Our village has a train station, from which you can travel towards Mainz, Worms, or Bingen at hourly intervals.
In just a few kilometers, you can reach the A61 and A63 motorways, from which you can explore many sights within about 1 hour. Whether it's a boat trip on the Rhine, hiking in the forest, castle visits, and much more.

The holiday home is rented exclusively for tourist purposes. Use as a tradesman or worker accommodation is excluded. Corresponding bookings will be canceled by the landlord.
