Our small apartment, completed in 2022, is located in the heart of Osthofen in a building with 4 apartments on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large, ground-level shower, a toilet, and a wide sink with a mirror. Brightness and good ventilation come from the large bathroom window. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer, toilet paper, and towels. The modern kitchenette includes a refrigerator (without a freezer), an oven, a 2-plate cooktop (ceramic), and a stainless steel sink. There are also some cabinets and drawers filled with dishes, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils. Furthermore, a kettle, dish soap, and dish towels are available. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the cozy dining and living area with a table and four chairs, as well as a comfortable pull-out couch and TV. A high room divider made of built-in shelves separates the sleeping area with a double bed (two mattresses of 90x200 cm). We provide bed linen. The wall-mounted TV can be swiveled, so it can be watched from both the bed and the sofa. The bedroom window can be darkened with a roller shutter, and the living room window with a blind. All rooms radiate coziness and charm thanks to the sloping roof. A parking space for a car can be rented upon request in the courtyard of the house.
There is a bus stop directly at the house, and the Osthofen train station is only about a 5-minute walk away, making our apartment ideally connected to public transport. Bakery & café, local butcher, tourist information, hairdresser, laundry service, fruit and vegetable shop, and banks are just a 2-minute walk away on Friedrich-Ebert-Street. The nearby city park, the small alleys along the Altbach, and the adjacent vineyards invite you to linger and/or take walks. Various eateries/restaurants are also easily reachable on foot from the apartment. And the Karl May winery, our family business, is located right in the neighborhood.
