Our holiday apartment is located in the heart of Rheinhessen in a quiet area by the vineyards.
Via the A63 and A61 (approx. 5 km), you can reach the cities of Mainz, Wiesbaden, Worms, Bingen, Bad Kreuznach in about 30 minutes, and Alzey in 15 minutes. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are free of charge.
The 70 m² apartment, situated in the basement of our house, consists of a large living/sleeping area with a four-poster bed 180x200 and a sofa bed 150x190 (if needed), a bathroom with shower + toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate room (bed 180x200), which is available upon booking for three or more people.
The apartment has its own entrance and a furnished terrace area.
Garden and pool usage (May-September) is possible by arrangement.
Two of the well-known "Hiwweltour" hiking and cycling routes begin directly at the house and lead you to Flonheim's landmark, the "Trullo." The historic center of the wine-growing community with its top-notch restaurants is easily reachable by a leisurely walk. Flonheim offers festivals, wine tastings, local tours, and other events throughout the year.
Daily necessities can be purchased locally at the supermarket or bakery. A pediatrician, as well as general practitioners and dentists, are also located in the community of 2,900 inhabitants.
