Our vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained multi-family house in a traffic-calmed zone in the Gonsenheim district. In addition to a bathroom and kitchen, it has 1 living room and 1 bedroom that are modernly equipped, with Wi-Fi and TV included. On a small, shaded, and overgrown terrace, you can relax and enjoy a coffee. We want every guest to feel at home with us – whether for a short stay or a longer vacation.
The vacation apartment is situated in a quiet yet central location, ideal for relaxation and exploration. It is located in the Gonsenheim district, just a few minutes' walk from a tram stop (lines 50 and 51) and several bus stops. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature (nature reserve Mainz Sand, Lenneberg Forest) as well as quickly reach all the important sights and leisure activities (e.g., outdoor swimming pool, Rheinwelle adventure pool). You can get to the main train station and city center quickly and conveniently by public transport within 15 minutes. Frankfurt Airport is reachable by S8 in half an hour.
In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation, you will find two supermarkets and a drugstore, with more shops, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies in the walkable town center. There are numerous sights and excursion destinations available for exploring the region – for example, the Mainz Cathedral and the city center, the Mainz museums, the Rhine waterfront, and many smaller and larger destinations in the Rheinhessen area are recommended and easily accessible.
