Our small house, located directly on the cultural waterfront (Hindenburg Park) on the edge of downtown Bingen am Rhein, has 3 modernly furnished apartments of varying sizes.
The property dates back to 1869 and was extensively renovated and modernized in 2020.
Soundproof windows and insulated facade (no train or car noise!) and individually adjustable air conditioning in all apartments.
All bedrooms (with the exception of the apartment on the 3rd floor) are located towards the quiet inner courtyard.
Beds: The double box spring beds in the 2nd and 3rd floors are each 180 cm wide, while on the ground floor they're 160 cm. The sofa beds each have spring mattresses.
High-quality fitted kitchens (induction/circulation/freezer, dishwasher, etc.) and spacious bathrooms (approx. 8 sqm) with rain showers (some also with bathtubs).
New, modern, and comfortable furniture
TVs in all rooms (also bedrooms) with multimedia integration, fast Wi-Fi in all apartments and rooms (150 mbit/s).
TV programs are activated: Magenta (Telekom) TV (approx. 120 channels) - Waipu TV (approx. 150 channels) and Amazon Prime Video - additionally streaming from phone/laptop to TV on all devices.
All units have a very small balcony (2nd floor), loggia (3rd floor), or terrace (ground floor).
The kitchen amenities (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.) are complete in every detail.
Consumables such as coffee beans, milk, sugar, vinegar/oil, dishwashing and laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. are available for free and sufficient for stays of up to approximately 3 days.
Each apartment also has a coffee machine.
All apartments (living rooms) have a view of the Rhine (limited on the ground floor) and an unobstructed view of the Niederwalddenkmal and vineyards (see photos with motifs that can actually be viewed from each apartment).
From "Rheinkai 11," it's just a few minutes' walk to the old town of Bingen and only a few meters to the listed Hindenburg park, which serves as a starting point for romantic Rhine boat trips and a meeting place for all wine lovers.
From the boat docks (about 150 m from the accommodation), you can take beautiful trips (e.g., castle tours, Loreley) and hikes (e.g., from Assmannshausen over the Niederwalddenkmal to Rüdesheim) with the Rhine boats. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are also nearby. Public transport (bus station, city train station/main station) is reachable within a few minutes' walk.
