Built as a winery in 1857, sparkling wine is produced under ideal conditions in the historic vaulted cellars of one of the few neo-Gothic cultural monuments in the Mainz old town. The character of the base wines is preserved in small tanks and fermented into individual sparkling wines of great variety. Through small cuvées of outstanding quality, we have made a name for ourselves. We have a golden hand when it comes to sparkling wine production.
Our cellar shop in the heart of Mainz offers you over 30 sparkling wines produced in the vaulted cellars. We are supplied by our champagne winemaker with our own champagne and have a small high-quality wine program. You will also find gifts and accessories related to sparkling wine with us.
