The Schlossberg Tower was built at the initiative of the Harxheim Farmers' and Winegrowers' Association. It was ceremoniously inaugurated in September 1999 and has also become a landmark of the place. The tower is named after the vineyard location Schlossberg. Four benches, donated by the Sunday regulars of the Reßler wine tavern in the year 2000, invite hikers to linger.
