The LEBENSMITTELPUNKT is just a short detour from the Selztal cycle path in the small community of Gau-Köngernheim, right at the entrance to the town. At the ice cream vending machine, you can buy the cool delicacy from two regional producers. ‘Eisigartig’ from the Werkstatt für Genuss der Lebenshilfe Worms e.V. supplies traditional flavours such as chocolate, strawberry sorbet and vanilla, which are complemented by white chocolate, mango passion fruit and spaghetti ice cream and many more. The sundaes from ‘Eiswerkstatt aus Birkenfeld’ are also available from the vending machines and enrich the sweet range for 24/7 ice cream enjoyment.
In total, the vending machines offer regional products from 11 producers: Ice cream, pasta, jams, juices, lemonades, beers (also non-alcoholic), wine, sparkling wine, grape juice, honey, cheese, meat and, of course, eggs from the happy hens in the immediate neighbourhood.
