Welcome to Ingo Hinterberg in the center of Mainz-Finthen! His former farm estate combines urban comfort with rural tranquility and can accommodate up to 28 guests on the nearly 1,700 m² property - featuring three holiday homes, a Mediterranean courtyard, and a huge natural garden with fruit trees, meadows, a sandbox, and a fire pit.
The estate is very centrally located in the heart of the popular Mainz district of Finthen: Guests can reach many supermarkets, bakeries, banks, additional shops, bus and train stops, top-notch restaurants, and cozy cafés within a few minutes on foot. The connection to the highway (just three minutes by car) and downtown Mainz (only 11 bus minutes to the main station) is excellent. The special aspect: Despite its central location in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, guests enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere here - truly a "country idyll in the city."
Description of the three holiday homes, which can be booked individually or in combination:
1) The "Gartenhaus" offers space for up to 14 guests (including sleeping accommodations on comfortable sofa beds) with three bedrooms, two living rooms (one with an open kitchen), a bathroom with a toilet, an additional guest toilet, and a spacious south terrace.
2) The "Brunnenhaus" with two bedrooms, a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a south terrace provides up to 10 additional sleeping accommodations - including sofa beds. The living room is large and well-shaped, making it suitable as a common dining area for larger groups (when booking multiple holiday homes) or as a seminar room.
3) The "Hofhaus" is the smallest of the three holiday homes on the former farm estate, with one bedroom, a living-dining room with an open kitchen, and a bathroom, offering up to six additional sleeping places, including sofa beds.
Anyone looking to combine rural tranquility with urban comfort is warmly welcome! This explicitly includes friends and celebration groups (including bachelor parties)!
