From May to September, the Mainzstrand transforms the banks of the Rhine into a summer oasis. Located directly at the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke, the city beach invites you to relax, enjoy, and celebrate.
Sand areas, hammocks, sun loungers, and lounge areas offer a variety of options for relaxation, while sports enthusiasts can use the beach volleyball court. The beach bar spoils visitors with cocktails, drinks, and snacks.
Regular beach parties, DJ sets, and other events take place. The Mainzstrand is also available for private celebrations and corporate events.
