The Rotenfels Plateau near Bad Kreuznach is a spectacular natural landscape. Around a television tower, the local mountain biking club has established the Hardtlines. It is a legal, appealing, and nature-connected trail network. Bombtrack, Pickeldy for experts, and Shrederik for slightly advanced riders. Banked turns, rideable jumps, and the natural shape of the terrain provide plenty of variety. More descents are planned for the area. A easy and a difficult trail are in the works. The best access is via the carpool parking lot between Rüdesheim/Nahe and Traisen. Here, parking is free.
