Since September 2025, the new café "Museum & Matcha" has enriched the Landesmuseum Mainz and invites guests to linger. It offers a special blend of selected coffee specialties, creative matcha drinks, homemade cakes, as well as light dishes like salads, Flammkuchen, and sandwiches. Open daily from 11 AM to 4:30 PM (closed on Mondays).
In addition to the regular offerings, the café also provides catering services and can be used for smaller events – an ideal place for a delightful break during or after a museum visit.
