Guided Tour "Historical Town Fortifications"
Under the title "Historical Town Fortifications and the Leaning Tower of the World," the local community offers guided tours upon request.
Participants will receive an overview of the previously fortified cemetery, which was part of a medieval fortification system. Along an old defensive wall, we continue to our most historically significant sites - including the listed medieval fort church of St. Catherine, the courthouse, and of course our old protected defense tower.
The tour lasts about half an hour and costs €4 per person.
Participants: from 4 people. Children are free.

The meeting point is the Leaning Tower at Obergasse 4.

Guided Tour "Historical Path"
Under the title "Historical Path," the local community of Gau-Weinheim offers a guided tour upon request.
Let the children play on the sports field, then we will walk through the old town center of Gau-Weinheim to the leaning tower. Discover our old monuments along the way and see where shops, schools, and inns used to be. At the end, we will of course visit the "Historical Town Fortifications."
The tour lasts about an hour and costs €6 per person.
Participants: from 4 people. Children are free.

The meeting point is the parking lot at the community center.
