The approximately 30 m² guesthouse extends over two levels and accommodates two people. On the ground floor, there is an approximately 14 m² bedroom featuring a double bed, wardrobe, and satellite/cable TV. Bed linens are provided. Also on this level is the bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, as well as hand and bath towels.
A narrow wooden staircase leads to the approximately 11 m² living area on the upper floor. Here, books and a piano invite relaxation. A dining table, along with dishes and dish towels, is also available. Coffee and tea can be prepared using the coffee maker and kettle; a small refrigerator is also present. There is no kitchen or cooking facility.
The apartment has hot water and central heating. Due to its location in a quiet side street, it is protected from traffic noise.
