The Rheinhessentor is regarded as a landmark of Nieder-Olm. The magnificent sandstone monument with its six different reliefs was designed by the Rheinhessen sculptors' and stonemasons' guild on the occasion of the Rheinhessen anniversary in 2016 and presented to the city. In close proximity to the Rheinhessentor is the new "Nieder-Olm lettering."
