The historically paved hollow way gently ascends to the edge of the Rhine terrace and opens up the view of the powerful, wind-shaped loess wall. In the narrowing passage, robinias create a cool avenue before the valley widens and reveals a panoramic view of Alsheim, the Rhine plain all the way to Worms, as well as the distant silhouettes of Mannheim and Heidelberg.
