St. Antony was founded in 1920 in Nierstein, Rheinhessen, and has been a member of the Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates (VDP) since 1990. We cultivate a total of around 60 hectares of vines - primarily on the Rote Hang. In addition to Riesling and Chardonnay, we also focus on Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch. Our wines have been grown organically since 2006. The 2018 vintage was marketed with the Demeter seal for the first time.

WHAT WE DO, WE DO WITH CONVICTION
As a team, we stand for courage, sustainability and ecology. Our vineyards are predominantly located on barren red slate slopes, which is why organic cultivation and harvesting requires a lot of passion and manual labour. The interventions are as restrained and gentle as possible.

UNIQUE FROM THE GROUND UP
Pettenthal, Ölberg, Brudersberg, Hipping and Orbel: no other winery has such an extensive portfolio of sites on the Rote Hang as we do. We are very proud of this, after all, origin is the essential key to a unique wine. In the cellar, we therefore work carefully and "minimally invasive" with the wines in order to optimally reflect the characteristics of the individual plots. The wines ferment spontaneously and are given all the time they need to develop to their full potential. Our wines are therefore: unique from the ground up!
