A true family business, closely connected to viticulture for generations and rooted in Rheinhessen. Our winery is located in the beautiful Schwabsburg, a district of Nierstein, one of the most renowned wine-growing communities on the Rhine. Just as diverse as the soil types around our namesake castle Schwabsburg, so are our grape varieties. This gives us the flexibility to focus not only on traditional grape varieties like Riesling and Pinot Noir, but also to successfully cultivate newcomers like Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot. Johannes Jung creates authentic and varietally typical wines.
