The Ullmer winery is located in the charming half-timbered town of Rommersheim, halfway between Alzey and Mainz. In addition to the vineyard operation, the Ullmer family runs a guesthouse and the wine tavern "Zum Woifässje". The wine tavern, where guests are treated to hearty Rheinhessen dishes paired with the estate's own wines, is open year-round. After a wine tasting, visitors can relax and unwind in one of the four double rooms in the guesthouse.
