Cuisine: seasonal, regional, vegetarian The Dietz Wine Bar is located in the south of Oppenheim's old town. The premises are located in the lovingly renovated barn of the Dietz winery. Regional cuisine is served, from Spundekäs (cheese) and Dietz Spezial (specialty cheese) to rump steak. The wines are complemented by the estate's own wines and sparkling wines, all grown on the estate's own vineyards. Of course, you can always combine a wine purchase with a visit to the wine bar.
