3-Towers hike through the vineyards

The Nierstein Traffic Association invites you to hike through the idyllic vineyards around Nierstein on May 1st again. The route leads from the Nierstein marketplace along a well-marked hiking trail with a total length of 14 km to the three towers Wartturm, Schlossturm, and Trutzturm. If desired, you can also take the approximately 17 km route over Brudersberg.

The route is suitable for young and old, big and small, and with appropriate footwear, it goes almost effortlessly through a beautiful cultural landscape. Since there is no bad weather, only inappropriate clothing, the hike takes place in any weather!

The hike starts on May 1st between 10 AM and 2 PM at the Nierstein marketplace or in the parking lot at the REWE market. There you can obtain start cards and hiking information. At all three towers, as well as at the Rote-Hang-Hütte, the Fockenberg-Hütte, at the marketplace, and along the hiking trail, there will be refreshments and toilets available. The Traffic Association is again supported by the city administration and sponsors. Several thousand guests from near and far are expected to participate in the hike.

Entry Fee: Adults can purchase the hiking start package for 3.00 euros, which includes a start card and a hiking map; children up to 15 years can join for 1.00 euro. Including a wine glass, adults pay a total of 6.00 euros. The moderate participation fees cover the costs for organizing and promoting the event.

With the start card, you will receive a coupon that allows you to participate in a raffle. The prizes include:

• Tickets for the wine tasting at the Winzerfest
and much more
The coupon must be submitted at the start or finish. The board of the Nierstein Traffic Association will draw the winners in June, who will then be notified. Legal recourse is excluded.
