 In his 8th stage program, Tobias Mann addresses the most important question of our time: What is real and what is false – and does it even matter when you can create much prettier truths with just a click than reality provides? Are emotions real when they are generated by the social media algorithm? And what does REAL even mean when you have to choose between your reflection and the edited profile photo online in your daily self-observation?

“Fake it till you make it!” is the motto of the time. REAL was yesterday; the future belongs to FAKE. Therefore, despite all the adversities of the present, Tobias Mann is in a remarkably good mood and is sure: “Everything will be fine!” After all, even the biggest problems of this planet will soon be solved by computers. Well, let’s hope the computer doesn’t realize that humans are the problem.
