Thursdays in the city

"Thursdays in the City" transforms the Ingelheim city center in August into a vibrant meeting place for all generations. From August 6 to 27, visitors can expect a varied program on four consecutive Thursdays that invites exploration, enjoyment, and relaxation.

During the day, the inner-city retailers open their doors with special promotions, offers, and small surprises. In the afternoon, the stage is dedicated to the youngest guests: Starting at 3 p.m., a colorful children's program provides fun, games, and entertainment.

As the day turns into evening, the Sebastian-Münster-Platz becomes the musical heart of the city. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., weekly changing bands provide a lively atmosphere and diverse sound spectrum with live music outdoors. This is complemented by culinary offerings from local gastronomy and changing Ingelheim winemakers presenting their wines.
