When on Easter Saturday the sun slowly sets behind our vines in Nieder-Olm, we open the doors of our Eulenmühle winery for you.
We warmly invite you to leave everyday life behind and dive deep into the fascinating world of Rheinhessen wine with us.
What you can expect: Experience a guided wine tasting that goes far beyond just a glass. As your hosts, we take you on a journey through our craft: The vintage 2025: Be among the first to taste the freshly bottled treasures of the 2025 vintage with us.
We will tell you how the weather and nature have shaped this special vintage. Learn interesting facts about our winemaking and why viticulture here in Rheinhessen – the land of a thousand hills – is a true labor of love for us. Rheinhessen lifestyle: We chat about our soils, our traditions, and what makes our region a wine-growing area.
Your physical well-being is taken care of: We serve you a hearty Rheinhessen snack plate with regional specialties alongside our wines. Fresh mineral water will, of course, be available throughout the evening.
