In Winzers Life II – Filling & Disgorgement, you dive deep into the heart of sparkling wine production. On German Sparkling Wine Day 2026, you will get hands-on experience and witness one of the most exciting moments of Traditional Bottle Fermentation: the filling of the base wine for the second fermentation in the bottle.

Together we will bottle the base wine and explain to you step by step how still wine transforms into sparkling wine – from the yeast to the maturation period and finally to the disgorgement. During the tour of the manufactory, we will taste selected sparkling wines and show you what really matters when it comes to quality, patience, and craftsmanship.
